- 3 tablespoons butter (divided)
- 6 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 medium onion (diced)
- 1 15-ounce can tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups heavy cream
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- ½ teaspoon curry powder (another round)
- ¼ cup freshly chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken by combining chicken, salt, garlic powder, sweet paprika, curry powder, and Greek yogurt. Cover and let marinate for 15-30 minutes.
- Sear the chicken in hot oil until golden brown for about 3-4 minutes per side, then set aside.
- Sauté garlic and onion in the same pan until translucent and fragrant.
- Add tomato sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper, then simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Incorporate heavy cream and spices, simmer for 10 minutes.
- Return chicken to the pan and simmer for another 10-15 minutes.
- Finish with remaining butter and parsley before serving.
