Ingredients
- Pasta (Fusilli or Penne)
- Cooked Chicken (Shredded or Cubed)
- Onion (Diced)
- Carrots (Diced)
- Frozen Peas
- Garlic (Minced)
- Cream or Cream Cheese
- Chicken Broth
- Dried Thyme
- Dried Rosemary
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta by boiling salted water, adding pasta, and cooking until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté the Veggies in a skillet with olive oil; add onion, cooking until softened. Add carrots and garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
- Combine the Chicken with the veggies, stirring until well mixed.
- Make the Sauce by adding chicken broth and simmering, then stirring in cream, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Add the Pasta and Peas, folding them into the sauce and warming through.
- Adjust Seasoning to taste before serving.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley or chives and optionally with bread.
