Description

These bite-sized truffles deliver creamy, spiced pumpkin cheesecake goodness in one sweet pop. Rolled in sugar and topped with a chocolate chip “stem,” they’re the cutest no-bake treat fall has to offer.


Ingredients

1 tbsp butter

4 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup canned pumpkin

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

1½ tsp pumpkin pie spice

½ cup graham cracker crumbs

⅓ cup white chocolate chips

Orange food coloring (optional)

Granulated sugar (for rolling)

Chocolate chips (for topping)


Instructions

Melt butter; mix with cream cheese, pumpkin, condensed milk, spice, and crumbs.

Stir in melted white chocolate and food coloring if using.

Chill until firm, then scoop and roll into balls.

Coat in sugar and top with a chocolate chip.

Chill until ready to serve.
