1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
1 cup canned or fresh peaches, finely chopped
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Optional: 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin.
Roll out the puff pastry and brush with melted butter.
Mix peaches, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla. Spread over pastry.
Roll the sheet tightly like a jelly roll, then cut into 6 equal pieces.
Coil each piece into a muffin cup like a rose.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and puffed.
Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar.
