  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place chicken breasts between plastic wrap and gently pound to an even thickness.
  2. Set up your breading station: In one dish, add flour seasoned with salt and pepper; in the second, whisk eggs until smooth; in the third, combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in egg, and then coat in breadcrumb mixture. For extra crunch, dip again.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts, sautéing until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
  6. Sauté minced garlic in a saucepan with olive oil for 1-2 minutes. Add heavy cream and simmer for 3-4 minutes until thickened, seasoned with salt and pepper.
  7. Plate chicken, drizzle with garlic sauce, and garnish with parsley before serving.
