- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place chicken breasts between plastic wrap and gently pound to an even thickness.
- Set up your breading station: In one dish, add flour seasoned with salt and pepper; in the second, whisk eggs until smooth; in the third, combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in egg, and then coat in breadcrumb mixture. For extra crunch, dip again.
- Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts, sautéing until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
- Sauté minced garlic in a saucepan with olive oil for 1-2 minutes. Add heavy cream and simmer for 3-4 minutes until thickened, seasoned with salt and pepper.
- Plate chicken, drizzle with garlic sauce, and garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
