Ingredients

  • 2 medium Zucchini
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
  2. Wash and dry the zucchinis, then slice them thinly (about 1/8 inch).
  3. In a large bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Line baking sheets with parchment paper and arrange zucchini slices in a single layer.
  5. Bake for about 2 hours, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crunchy.
  6. Let them cool on the baking sheets before serving.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven to restore crunch.
