Ingredients

- 2 medium Zucchini
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
- Wash and dry the zucchinis, then slice them thinly (about 1/8 inch).
- In a large bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Line baking sheets with parchment paper and arrange zucchini slices in a single layer.
- Bake for about 2 hours, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crunchy.
- Let them cool on the baking sheets before serving.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven to restore crunch.
