1 lb ground beef

2 tbsp butter

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp dried Italian seasoning

½ cup beef broth

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

8 oz pasta (penne or spaghetti works great)


Instructions

In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat if needed.

Add butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Sauté until garlic is fragrant.

Stir in beef broth and uncooked pasta. Add just enough water to cover pasta, if needed.

Simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, until pasta is cooked and liquid reduces (about 10–12 minutes).

Stir in Parmesan until creamy and melted.

Season to taste and serve hot.
