  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Sauté the aromatics by heating a large pot over medium heat. Toss in diced red onion and cook until soft (about 4-5 minutes). Add garlic powder for fragrance.
  2. Add the shredded chicken and stir to combine with onions, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix in chicken broth and heavy cream, then add BBQ sauce and ranch dressing, creating a creamy sauce.
  4. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then stir in the pasta.
  5. Cook the pasta for 10-12 minutes on simmer until al dente, stirring occasionally.
  6. Remove from heat and fold in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  7. Season to taste and garnish with green onions before serving.
