  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 each Bell Peppers (red & yellow)
  • 1 cup Baby Carrots
  • 1 pound Baby Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley or Green Onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare your ingredients by slicing kielbasa, chopping bell peppers, and halving baby potatoes if needed.
  3. Mix the honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce in a small bowl.
  4. Combine everything on a baking sheet, drizzling olive oil and tossing to coat.
  5. Bake for about 25-30 minutes until kielbasa is crisp and veggies are caramelized.
