- 1 pound Baby Potatoes

- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley or Green Onions
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare your ingredients by slicing kielbasa, chopping bell peppers, and halving baby potatoes if needed.
- Mix the honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce in a small bowl.
- Combine everything on a baking sheet, drizzling olive oil and tossing to coat.
