Ingredients
½ cup oat flour
¼ cup cocoa powder
⅓ cup chocolate chips (melted or folded in)
¼ cup protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
1 tbsp chia seeds
¼ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
2–4 tbsp milk of choice (as needed for texture)
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine oat flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, chia seeds, and salt.
Stir in vanilla and milk, one tablespoon at a time, until a dough forms.
Fold in or drizzle with melted chocolate chips.
Roll into bite-sized balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
