Description
These cookie dough bites are edible, safe-to-eat treats with all the flavor of raw dough and none of the risk. Dipped in creamy white chocolate and topped with sprinkles, they’re pure party-ready sweetness in every bite.
Ingredients
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup butter, softened
1 cup flour (heat-treated*)
½ cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup mini chocolate chips
¼ cup sprinkles (plus more for topping)
1 bag white chocolate chips
½ cup heavy cream
Food coloring (optional)
Instructions
Make Dough: Beat sugar and butter until creamy. Mix in condensed milk, vanilla, and flour. Stir in chocolate chips and sprinkles.
Roll into 1-inch balls and chill for 30 mins.
Dip: Heat cream and pour over white chocolate chips. Stir until smooth. Add food coloring if desired.
Dip chilled bites into melted chocolate. Top with extra sprinkles. Let set.
