Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
4 large whole wheat wraps
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp paprika
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup cucumber, diced
½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
¼ cup fresh dill, chopped
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a bowl, mix yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. This is your dressing.
Combine chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, parsley, dill, and feta in a large bowl.
Toss with the yogurt dressing until well coated.
Spoon mixture onto wraps, fold, and roll tightly.
