Description

These bite-sized treats pack all the flavors of fall into one gooey, golden package — tender biscuit dough filled with cinnamon-spiced apples, rolled in cinnamon sugar, baked to perfection, then drizzled with maple glaze and topped with crispy bacon bits. One bite and you’re hooked.

Ingredients

Scale

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)

1 cup apple pie filling (chopped small)

¼ cup sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

½ cup powdered sugar

2 tbsp maple syrup

2 tbsp milk

4 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled

Instructions

Fill & shape: Flatten each biscuit, spoon a little apple pie filling into the center, and pinch edges to seal into a ball.

Coat: Mix sugar and cinnamon, roll each ball in the mixture.

Bake: Place on a parchment-lined sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15–18 min until golden.

Glaze: Mix powdered sugar, maple syrup, and milk until smooth. Drizzle over warm pie bombs.

Finish: Sprinkle with bacon bits before serving.
