These bite-sized treats pack all the flavors of fall into one gooey, golden package — tender biscuit dough filled with cinnamon-spiced apples, rolled in cinnamon sugar, baked to perfection, then drizzled with maple glaze and topped with crispy bacon bits. One bite and you’re hooked.
Ingredients
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
1 cup apple pie filling (chopped small)
¼ cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
½ cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp milk
4 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
Instructions
Fill & shape: Flatten each biscuit, spoon a little apple pie filling into the center, and pinch edges to seal into a ball.
Coat: Mix sugar and cinnamon, roll each ball in the mixture.
Bake: Place on a parchment-lined sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15–18 min until golden.
Glaze: Mix powdered sugar, maple syrup, and milk until smooth. Drizzle over warm pie bombs.
Finish: Sprinkle with bacon bits before serving.
