Ingredients
For the Meatballs:
1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 egg
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp black pepper
For the Spicy Mayo Dip:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
1 tsp rice vinegar
1/2 tsp honey
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, mix all meatball ingredients until just combined.
Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and cooked through.
In a small bowl, stir together all spicy mayo dip ingredients.
Serve meatballs warm with dip on the side, and sprinkle with sesame seeds or chopped green onions if desired.
