Keto Peanut Butter Protein Balls!

Ingredients

1/2 cup natural peanut butter (no sugar added)

1/4 cup coconut flour

2 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips

1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder (optional)

12 tbsp erythritol or monk fruit sweetener

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

12 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (as needed for consistency)


Instructions

In a bowl, mix peanut butter, coconut flour, chia seeds, sweetener, and vanilla.

Stir in protein powder and chocolate chips.

Add almond milk slowly until the mixture holds together.

Roll into 1-inch balls.

Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to set. Store chilled in an airtight container.
