Ingredients
- Sliced Corned Beef
- Sauerkraut
- Swiss or Cheddar Cheese
- Butter or Cooking Spray
- Mustard for Serving (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients, gathering all items and draining the sauerkraut well.
- Lay out the corned beef slices slightly overlapping them to create a base.
- Add cheese and sauerkraut layers on top of the beef.
- Roll the slices tightly around the filling, securing with toothpicks if needed.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt about 2 tablespoons of butter.
- Fry the rolled Reubens seam-side down for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, flipping carefully.
- Serve warm with mustard on the side.
Notes
For extra crispiness, rotate the roll-ups in the pan for even cooking. Assemble ahead and fry fresh when ready.
