Description

Delicious and easy-to-make steak skewers that are perfect for summer grilling and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Steak (Sirloin or Ribeye)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • Vegetables for Skewering (bell peppers, onions, cherry tomatoes)
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and oregano. Mix it until fully blended!
  2. Cut the Steak: Cut your choice of steak into 1 to 1.5-inch cubes.
  3. Marinate the Steak: Toss your steak cubes into the marinade, ensuring every piece is coated. Let it soak for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Prepare the Veggies: Chop your vegetables into similar sizes as your steak.
  5. Assemble the Skewers: Alternate threading the marinated meat and veggies onto the skewers.
  6. Preheat the Grill: Get that grill nice and hot!
  7. Grill the Skewers: Place the skewers on the grill and allow them to cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
  8. Check the Internal Temperature: Aim for 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.
  9. Rest and Serve: Remove them from the grill and let them rest for at least 5 minutes before serving.
