- 1 cup Mayonnaise

- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
- Salt/Pepper (a pinch)
- 4 slices Cooked Bacon (chopped)
- 1 large Jalapeño (seeded & chopped)
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Cook your chicken breasts, chop into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
- Mix the Creamy Base: Combine softened cream cheese and mayonnaise in a bowl until smooth.
- Season It Up: Sprinkle in garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper; adjust to taste.
- Add the Chicken: Toss chopped chicken into the creamy base and mix well.
- Get Cheesy: Fold in cheddar cheese and chopped bacon.
- Add Some Heat: Fold in chopped jalapeño, adjusting amount to taste.
- Chill and Serve: Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve in avocado halves, lettuce wraps, or with keto-friendly crackers. Top with chives and extra bacon for garnish.
