4 large ripe (but not overripe) yellow peaches, sliced
1 cup blackberries
3/4 cup blueberries
Seeds from 1 medium pomegranate
1/2 lime, juiced
1 tsp honey
6 large fresh basil leaves, chopped or torn
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice and honey.
In a large bowl, gently toss peaches, blackberries, blueberries, and pomegranate seeds.
Drizzle the honey-lime mixture over the fruit and toss lightly to coat.
Sprinkle with fresh basil and serve immediately—or chill for 10 minutes for extra refreshment!
