Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced (for the sauce)
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, milk, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Shape the mixture into golf-ball-sized meatballs.
  4. Place the meatballs on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, water, and cornstarch in a saucepan over medium heat.
  6. Transfer the cooked meatballs to a bowl, pour the sauce over them, and gently toss to coat.
  7. Serve the honey garlic meatballs with rice, noodles, or in a toasted sub.

Notes
