- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced (for the sauce)
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, milk, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
- Shape the mixture into golf-ball-sized meatballs.
- Place the meatballs on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, water, and cornstarch in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Transfer the cooked meatballs to a bowl, pour the sauce over them, and gently toss to coat.
- Serve the honey garlic meatballs with rice, noodles, or in a toasted sub.
