These Honey Chipotle Chicken Skewers are smoky, sweet, tangy, and just the right amount of spicy. Perfect for grilling season or a flavorful weeknight dinner, they bring bold flavor with minimal fuss. Whether on the grill or in a skillet, these juicy bites will light up your taste buds.


Ingredients

Chicken:

1 lb chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

Wood skewers (optional, soak if grilling)

Honey Chipotle Mix:

1½ tbsp honey

1 chipotle pepper in adobo, minced

1 clove garlic, grated

2 tbsp taco seasoning (Siete brand recommended)

1 orange, zest (12 tsp) and juice (1 tbsp)

½ tsp kosher salt

1 tbsp avocado oil


Instructions

If using wooden skewers, soak in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.

In a bowl, whisk together honey, chipotle, garlic, taco seasoning, orange zest and juice, salt, and oil.

Add chicken to the bowl and toss to coat. Marinate for 15–30 minutes (or overnight for deeper flavor).

Thread chicken pieces onto skewers.

Grill over medium-high heat for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and charred at the edges.

Serve hot, with a squeeze of fresh orange if desired.
