Ingredients
- Pizza Dough
- Pepperoni Slices
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Parmesan Cheese
- Italian Seasoning
- Olive Oil
- Egg (for egg wash)
- Salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the dough on a well-floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Cut the dough into squares or rectangles, roughly 3×3 inches.
- Add a couple of slices of pepperoni to the center of each square, followed by mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Fold the dough over to form a triangle or roll it up, sealing the edges.
- Whisk the egg with a splash of water or milk and brush over the tops of the rolls.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden-brown.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For a vegetarian option, swap pepperoni with roasted veggies or plant-based pepperoni.
