1 lb ground sausage, cooked and crumbled
2 cups milk (Fairlife for extra protein)
2 eggs
¼ cup maple syrup

Instructions

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
Spray mini muffin tin with nonstick spray and fill each cup about ¾ full.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden and set.
