Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked and shredded KFC chicken
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Breadcrumbs for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse gently.
  2. In a large saucepan, combine milk and sour cream; stir until smooth. Gradually add cheddar cheese, stirring until melted.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the cheese sauce. Stir well.
  4. Fold in the cooked macaroni and shredded KFC chicken until evenly coated.
  5. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, topping with breadcrumbs and extra cheese if desired.
