- 1 cup cooked and shredded KFC chicken
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Breadcrumbs for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse gently.
- In a large saucepan, combine milk and sour cream; stir until smooth. Gradually add cheddar cheese, stirring until melted.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the cheese sauce. Stir well.
- Fold in the cooked macaroni and shredded KFC chicken until evenly coated.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, topping with breadcrumbs and extra cheese if desired.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbling. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Notes
