- 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 4 jalapeños, diced
- 6 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
- 1 cup Greek yogurt or light mayo
- 2 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (parsley or chives) for garnish
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by shredding chicken and dicing jalapeños.
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then crumble it.
- Combine Greek yogurt (or mayo), cream cheese, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.
- Mix in shredded chicken, bacon, jalapeños, and cheddar cheese until well coated.
- Chill the salad in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
- Plate the salad in a serving bowl and garnish with fresh herbs.
- Dig in with tortilla chips, lettuce wraps, or as a sandwich spread!
Notes
For milder flavors, reduce jalapeños or use bell peppers. This salad can be prepared a day in advance.
