Ingredients
56 oz (3.5 lbs) chicken breast, chopped
8 cloves garlic, minced
4 tsp onion powder
8 tsp mixed herbs (your call—try thyme, oregano, rosemary)
4 tsp chili flakes
4 tsp paprika
4 tsp salt
8 tsp (about 2½ tbsp) olive oil
56 oz potatoes, chopped
4 tbsp garlic powder
8 oz milk
7 oz cream cheese
3 oz parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
Season Everything: Toss chicken and potatoes in olive oil, garlic, onion powder, mixed herbs, chili flakes, paprika, salt, and garlic powder.
Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet or Dutch oven, brown chicken over medium-high heat until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
Roast the Potatoes: Roast seasoned potatoes in a 400°F (200°C) oven for 25–30 mins until crispy.
Make the Sauce: In the skillet, heat milk and stir in cream cheese and parmesan until melted and smooth.
Combine & Serve: Fold in the chicken and roasted potatoes. Let simmer for 5 minutes to coat everything in that creamy, cheesy magic.
