1 box vanilla instant pudding
2 cups milk
1 block cream cheese (8 oz, softened)
1 tub whipped topping (8 oz)
2 cups crushed cookies (chocolate chip or Oreos)
Optional: chocolate cake or brownie chunks, chocolate pudding for layers
Instructions
Prepare pudding with milk and set aside.
Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then fold in whipped topping.
In a large bowl or trifle dish, layer as follows:
Cake or brownie chunks (if using)
Chocolate/vanilla pudding
Cream cheese mixture
Crushed cookies
Repeat layers. Top with whipped cream swirls and extra cookie bits.
