Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside on paper towels.
  2. Prepare the chicken by seasoning with salt and pepper, cooking until done if using raw chicken, then shredding.
  3. Chop the romaine lettuce and halve the cherry tomatoes.
  4. Crumble the cooled bacon into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Combine shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, chopped romaine, and halved cherry tomatoes in a large mixing bowl.
  6. Make the dressing by whisking mayonnaise and Dijon mustard until smooth, then pour over the salad mixture.
