  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup Dried Cranberries
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the Brussels Sprouts: Rinse Brussels sprouts and slice them in half.
  3. Toss and Combine: In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread on a Baking Sheet: Place Brussels sprouts cut-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Roast: Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, tossing halfway.
  6. Add Cranberries and Finish: Add cranberries, drizzle with balsamic vinegar and honey/maple syrup, and toss gently.
