1 lb ground sausage

1 cup low-carb marinara sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Cheese Mixture:

1 cup cottage cheese

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp Italian herbs

¼ tsp salt

Optional Garnish:

Crushed red pepper flakes

Fresh chopped parsley


Instructions

Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook Sausage: Brown sausage in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart until fully cooked. Remove from heat.

Mix the Cheese: In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian herbs, and salt. Stir until smooth.

Assemble: In 4 individual oven-safe bowls, layer:

¼ of the sausage

¼ cup marinara sauce

¼ of the cottage cheese mixture

Top with mozzarella

Bake or Microwave:

Oven: Bake for 10–12 minutes, until bubbly and golden.

Microwave: Heat bowls for 3–5 minutes until cheese melts.

Serve: Garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes if desired.
