Ingredients

- 4 apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup mixed nuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup yogurt or milk (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the sliced apples with cinnamon and honey, allowing them to sit for a few minutes.
- In an 8×8 baking dish, layer the apple mixture evenly. In another bowl, combine oats and chopped mixed nuts with a pinch of cinnamon. Drizzle honey over the mixture and combine until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the oat and nut mixture over the apples generously.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until apples are bubbling and the topping is golden and crispy.
- Let cool for a few minutes and serve warm with yogurt, milk, or ice cream.
Notes
For a vegan option, swap honey for maple syrup and use almond milk.
