Ingredients

2 large flour tortillas

4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced

4 slices cooked bacon

½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or your favorite)

1 cup shredded lettuce

Mayo, mustard, or dressing (optional)


Instructions

Prep tortillas by cutting a slit from the center to the edge.

Arrange into 4 quadrants:

1: egg slices

2: bacon

3: shredded cheese

4: lettuce + optional spread
