Ingredients
2 large flour tortillas
4 slices deli ham
½ cup shredded cheddar or 2 slices
1 cup shredded lettuce
2 tsp mustard (or mix 1 tsp mustard + 1 tsp mayo)
Instructions
Cut a slit from the center of each tortilla to the edge.
Spread mustard or mustard-mayo on one quadrant.
Arrange quadrants:
1: ham slices
2: cheddar cheese
3: lettuce
4: spread
Fold the sections over each other into a triangle.
