  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep the chicken: Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Create the sauce: Whisk soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, cornstarch, water, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
  3. Heat the pan: Bring a skillet or wok to medium-high heat with a drizzle of sesame oil.
  4. Cook the chicken: Add chicken to the hot skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  5. Add the broccoli: Toss in broccoli florets and stir for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. Pour in the sauce: Stir in the sauce mixture and cook for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
  7. Serve and garnish: Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes
