Instructions
- Marinate the Salmon: In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined. Let the salmon marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the Grill: Fire up your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).
- Grill the Salmon: Lay the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill. Cook for about 6-8 minutes.
- Flip and Finish Cooking: Carefully flip the salmon fillets and grill for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through, internal temperature should reach 145°F.
- Garnish and Serve: Transfer the salmon onto a serving plate and sprinkle fresh herbs on top.
