½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper (optional)
6 ears corn, shucked
Instructions
Preheat your grill to 400°F.
Mash butter with salt, garlic powder, and pepper until smooth.
Rub each ear of corn with the butter mix. Wrap in foil (2 per packet or individually). Use a double layer if needed.
Grill for 10 minutes, then flip the corn carefully.
Grill another 10–20 minutes until golden and tender.
Serve hot with extra butter and a sprinkle of salt!
