Instructions

  1. Prep Your Skewers: Soak wooden skewers for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. Cut the Chicken: Dice chicken into bite-sized cubes.
  3. Make the Marinade: Whisk soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, sesame oil, and apple cider vinegar in a bowl.
  4. Combine Chicken and Marinade: Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes, up to 2 hours.
  5. Preheat Your Grill: Heat grill to medium-high (400°F / 200°C).
  6. Skewer the Chicken: Thread marinated chicken onto skewers, adding veggies if desired.
