Instructions
- Prep Your Skewers: Soak wooden skewers for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Cut the Chicken: Dice chicken into bite-sized cubes.
- Make the Marinade: Whisk soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, sesame oil, and apple cider vinegar in a bowl.
- Combine Chicken and Marinade: Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes, up to 2 hours.
- Preheat Your Grill: Heat grill to medium-high (400°F / 200°C).
- Skewer the Chicken: Thread marinated chicken onto skewers, adding veggies if desired.
- Grill the Skewers: Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway, until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
