2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 sandwich buns
Lettuce, tomato slices, and red onion (optional)
Mayo or your favorite sauce
Instructions
Slice chicken breasts in half lengthwise to make 4 thinner pieces.
Rub with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Grill over medium heat for 5–6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
Lightly toast buns on the grill for 1–2 minutes.
Assemble with lettuce, tomato, onion, and a spread of mayo or sauce.
