Ingredients

- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Combine the Ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl, pouring in olive oil, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and honey. Whisk until well combined.
- Add the minced garlic, Dijon mustard, dried thyme, black pepper, and salt. Mix everything together thoroughly.
- Prepare the chicken by making sure it’s thawed and patted dry.
- Marinate the chicken in a large zip-top bag or shallow dish, pouring the marinade over the top.
- Let it soak in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or preferably a few hours or overnight.
- Fire up the grill over medium heat and grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Rest the chicken after grilling for about 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
For a different flavor, try using avocado or coconut oil. If you’re vegan, substitute honey with maple syrup.
