Ingredients

For the kofta:
1 lb ground beef
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
1/2 small onion, grated
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
Salt & pepper to taste
Skewers (wooden or metal)
For the tzatziki:
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cucumber, grated and drained
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped dill or mint
Salt to taste
Instructions
Mix all kofta ingredients in a bowl. Shape onto skewers.
Grill over medium-high heat for 10–12 minutes, turning until browned and cooked through.
For tzatziki, mix all ingredients in a bowl and chill.
Serve koftas hot with tzatziki and a fresh cucumber-tomato salad.
