- 1 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Marinate the Chicken: Add chicken breasts into the marinade. Toss until fully coated. Cover and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the Grill or Oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook the Chicken: Remove the chicken from the marinade. For grilling, cook for 6-7 minutes on each side. For baking, place on baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Rest the Chicken: Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
