Ingredients

1/2 cup oats

1 cup water or milk of choice

1 apple (chopped)

1 tsp honey

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp smooth peanut butter

1 square of dark chocolate (like Pico)


Instructions

In a small pot, cook oats with water or milk over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until creamy.

In a pan, sauté chopped apples with honey and cinnamon until soft and golden (about 5 mins).

Pour oats into a bowl. Top with warm cinnamon apples.

Add a dollop of peanut butter and a square of chocolate.

Let everything melt slightly and swirl together for the ultimate spoonful!
