Ingredients

- 4 cups Gluten-Free Chex Cereal (Rice or Corn)
- 2 cups Mini Marshmallows
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips (Milk or Semi-Sweet)
- Rainbow Sprinkles
- Pastel Candy Coated Chocolate Eggs
- ½ cup Peanut Butter (or Sunflower Seed Butter)
- White Chocolate for Drizzle (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare your workspace and gather ingredients.
- Melt the peanut butter and chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine Chex cereal and mini marshmallows. Drizzle the melted mixture over them and fold gently.
- Add pastel candy-coated eggs and sprinkles, mixing gently.
- Spread the mix on a lined baking sheet and shape as desired.
- If desired, drizzle melted white chocolate on top.
- Allow to cool and break into clusters for serving.
