Description

A whimsical mix of Chex cereal, marshmallows, chocolate, and pastel candies perfect for Easter celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups Gluten-Free Chex Cereal (Rice or Corn)
  • 2 cups Mini Marshmallows
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips (Milk or Semi-Sweet)
  • Rainbow Sprinkles
  • Pastel Candy Coated Chocolate Eggs
  • ½ cup Peanut Butter (or Sunflower Seed Butter)
  • White Chocolate for Drizzle (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace and gather ingredients.
  2. Melt the peanut butter and chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine Chex cereal and mini marshmallows. Drizzle the melted mixture over them and fold gently.
  4. Add pastel candy-coated eggs and sprinkles, mixing gently.
  5. Spread the mix on a lined baking sheet and shape as desired.
  6. If desired, drizzle melted white chocolate on top.
  7. Allow to cool and break into clusters for serving.
