Ingredients

1.5 lbs beef sirloin or ribeye, cut into cubes
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey or brown sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp rice vinegar or lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp grated ginger
Salt & pepper to taste
Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)
Instructions
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, vinegar, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
Add beef cubes and marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for deeper flavor).
Thread beef onto skewers.
Grill or pan-sear on medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes per side, basting with leftover marinade.
Let rest a few minutes before serving for juicy perfection.
