- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- 4–5 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Optional: red pepper flakes for heat
Instructions
- Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces and let it sit at room temperature.
- Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
- Add the steak bites in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes on one side, then flip and sear for another 1-2 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and cook gently for about 30 seconds to a minute.
- Toss in the butter and stir until melted and well-coated with the garlic butter sauce.
- Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley and optional red pepper flakes.
- Serve on a platter or plates, drizzling extra garlic butter sauce over top.
Notes
For added flavor, try adding a splash of red wine after searing the steak.
