Quick and flavorful Garlic Butter Steak Bites cooked in just 15 minutes, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 45 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Optional: red pepper flakes for heat

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces and let it sit at room temperature.
  2. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  4. Add the steak bites in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes on one side, then flip and sear for another 1-2 minutes.
  5. Add the minced garlic and cook gently for about 30 seconds to a minute.
  6. Toss in the butter and stir until melted and well-coated with the garlic butter sauce.
  7. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley and optional red pepper flakes.
  8. Serve on a platter or plates, drizzling extra garlic butter sauce over top.

Notes

For added flavor, try adding a splash of red wine after searing the steak.
