Ingredients

- 2 Ribeye Steaks
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Butter, melted
- 1 tsp Dried Thyme
- 1 tsp Dried Rosemary
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Fresh Parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to high heat (about 450°F).
- Prepare your garlic butter herb mixture by melting the butter and mixing in garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Season both sides of the steaks with salt and cracked pepper.
- Grill the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Baste the steaks with the garlic butter mixture during the last 2 minutes of grilling.
- Rest the steaks for about 5 minutes after removing from the grill.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley just before serving.
Notes
Great to serve with garlic mashed potatoes or roasted asparagus. You can add crushed red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
