Garlic Butter Herb Grilled Ribeye Steak

Description

A flavorful grilled ribeye steak basted with garlic butter and herbs, perfect for impressing guests or enjoying a special meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 Ribeye Steaks
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1 tsp Dried Rosemary
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh Parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to high heat (about 450°F).
  2. Prepare your garlic butter herb mixture by melting the butter and mixing in garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  3. Season both sides of the steaks with salt and cracked pepper.
  4. Grill the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  5. Baste the steaks with the garlic butter mixture during the last 2 minutes of grilling.
  6. Rest the steaks for about 5 minutes after removing from the grill.
  7. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley just before serving.

Notes

Great to serve with garlic mashed potatoes or roasted asparagus. You can add crushed red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
