- 1 pound Baby potatoes, halved

- 0.5 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 0.5 teaspoon Dried rosemary
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt, or to taste
- 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
- 0.25 cup Beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
- Prep the beef by cutting it into bite-sized pieces and patting them dry.
- Season the beef with salt, pepper, onion powder, smoked paprika, thyme, and rosemary.
- Brown the beef in a large skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat, searing for 3-4 minutes per side.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in the beef broth, simmering for about 5 minutes.
- Cook the halved baby potatoes in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes.
- Combine the potatoes with the beef mixture and drizzle with melted butter.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
