Ingredients
→ Garlic Butter
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper

12 large flour tortillas
24 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 tbsp chopped fresh chives (optional)
Instructions
Make the Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
Assemble the Rollups: Lay tortillas flat. Sprinkle each with cheddar, mozzarella, bacon, and chives. Roll tightly.
Cook: Heat a nonstick pan or griddle over medium heat. Brush rollups generously with garlic butter. Cook seam-side down until golden, flipping to toast all sides (about 2–3 minutes per side).
Serve Hot: Slice diagonally for easy dipping or serve whole.
