Description

A refreshing and customizable treat made with creamy Greek yogurt, crunchy granola, and fresh berries, perfect for snacks or desserts.


Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/4 cup Natural Almond Butter
  • 34 tbsp Honey (or Maple Syrup)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups Greek Yogurt (full-fat recommended)
  • 1 cup Mixed Fresh Berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Granola Base by combining rolled oats, almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), and ground cinnamon in a mixing bowl and mixing until well blended.
  2. Layer the Granola by scooping a tablespoon of the mixture into silicone muffin cups or an ice cube tray and pressing down firmly.
  3. Mix the Yogurt Layer by pouring Greek yogurt into a bowl, adding vanilla extract, and optionally sweetening it with honey or maple syrup before mixing until creamy.
  4. Fill the cups by spooning the yogurt mixture on top of the granola base, filling them to the top.
  5. Top with Berries by sprinkling mixed berries on top of the yogurt mixture and pressing them lightly.
  6. Freeze the cups for about 3-4 hours or until they are completely solid.
  7. Serve by popping the cups out of their molds and enjoying!
