Ingredients

1 1/2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
Fresh mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, chopped strawberries)
Mini muffin liners or silicone molds
Instructions
Line a mini muffin tin with paper or silicone liners.
Spoon about a tablespoon of yogurt into each cup.
Top with a few fresh berries.
Freeze for at least 2–3 hours or until solid.
Pop them out and enjoy straight from the freezer!
